2. Terms of Service (Terms & Conditions)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lpfstriking.com and all services, content, features, and products (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2.1. Acceptance & Eligibility

You must be at least [18] years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using the site, you warrant that you have legal capacity to enter these Terms.

2.2. Account Registration & Security

  • You may be required to register an account to access certain features.

  • You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2.3. Use of the Services & Restrictions

You agree to use the Services lawfully and not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

  • Upload or distribute malicious, obscene, harmful, or infringing content

  • Interfere with security, servers, or disrupt the site

  • Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automated tools

  • Harass or harm others

2.4. Orders, Pricing & Payments

  • All orders constitute offers which we may accept or decline.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders or limit quantities.

  • Prices are as stated, plus applicable taxes, duties, shipping.

  • Payments are processed via third-party gateways (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).

  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

  • In the event of payment failure, we may suspend or cancel your order or account.

2.5. Delivery, Shipping & Risk

  • We will deliver products to the address you provide using our selected carriers.

  • Risk of loss passes to you when goods are delivered (or to carrier).

  • You are responsible for duties, import taxes, customs in your country.

2.6. Refunds, Returns & Cancellation

  • You may request cancellation or return in accordance with our Refund Process.

  • We may refuse returns if the item is used, damaged, or not in its original condition (unless faulty).

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, minus applicable deductions.

2.7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the site (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, transmit, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

2.8. Disclaimers & Limitations

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LPF Striking (and its officers, employees, affiliates) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages, loss of revenue, profits, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service (or, if free, a small cap such as €100 or applicable local currency).

2.9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

2.10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access (or your account) for violation of Terms or for convenience. Upon termination, your right to use Services ends, and all provisions that by their nature survive must survive (e.g. payment obligations, disclaimers, indemnity, privacy).

2.11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g. England & Wales or State of Delaware etc.]. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction (unless mandatory local law provides otherwise).

2.12 Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will publish the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. If changes materially affect your rights, we may notify you (e.g. via email).

2.13. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver.
